Can a messenger platform pay to improve its score?

No. Scores are determined entirely by our test results and scoring methodology. Platforms cannot pay to improve their ranking.

Can I suggest a platform for review?

Absolutely. Use the contact form and select "Platform suggestion" as the subject. We'll evaluate it for our next review cycle.

How often are scores updated?

We re-test every platform quarterly, or sooner if a major API change occurs. Scores are updated immediately after re-testing is complete.
